This successful individual will have a proven track record in the hands-on management of at least 2,000 units and have the demonstrated ability to maintain the physical asset, maximize cash flow and long term value. This exceptional individual must be a respected leader in the industry with at least 4 years experience. A bachelor's degree in a business discipline and/ or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not required. Site-level operations experience is preferred. Must have an intermediate knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
