Apartment Manager – 400+   Unit Community in Anaheim, CA

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 400+ unit multifamily community located in Anaheim, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.

  • Lead, train, and supervise on-site staff to ensure exceptional resident service and efficient operations.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws.

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals.

  • Ensure the property maintains a high standard of curb appeal, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of multifamily property management experience.

  • Proven track record managing 300+ unit communities (420-unit experience preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio).

  • Knowledge of California tenant/landlord laws and fair housing regulations.
