Resident Manager

Position open for full time small Rural Development Property.  Experience necessary in either property management with or without subsidy.  Apartment and utilities included in the benefit package, must live on property. Managing the office as well as light maintenance required.  Turning units and preparing for leasing including;  Painting, cleaning and small repairs.  Must be able to work outside part of the day.  Some office experience required.  Helping at other properties with mileage reimbursement may be required.  Must have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
