Multifamily Regional Manager

Overview: SVN Southgate Realty LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of the current Mississippi portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in on-site property management, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including The Landlord Tenant Act, Section 8, Fair Housing practices, and knowledge of various funding sources such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Travel to the managed properties will be required in your personal vehicle on behalf of the company.
