Your Part:
As an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Compliance Specialist, we know you’re polished, engaging, and energetic. You like people and you’re pretty darn good at customer service. You enjoy putting your detail-oriented skills to work and have a minimum of 2 years of current or previous Affordable Housing/Tax Credit compliance. Your commitment to apply your very best in a high-energy environment is what makes you special.
This position is offering $26.50 per hour plus benefits.

We are also responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out the objectives of ownership. That’s where you come in - to help us accomplish just that! You keep both us and our residents in regulatory compliance.
What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Compliance Specialist:
You are well versed in all things Affordable Housing such as determining eligibility; securing 3rd party verifications; calculating household incomes to determine eligibility; completing Tenant Income Certifications; and completing compliance reports as required by the Regulatory Agreement. You’ve got computer skills (who doesn’t?!) and you’re very familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. If you have a Tax Compliance Certificate, we want to speak with you! If you have Yardi Voyager experience, that’s an extra brownie point for you! Your California Driver’s License is up to date as is your car insurance. Your driving record is something you’re proud of, even if it’s not perfect. You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a college degree, we’re impressed.
