3-5 years property management experience specializing in multifamily
Prior experience with Appfolio software
Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant code - especially code AB 1482 
Must be good with people 
Available to work weekends if necessary 
Available to work after hours if necessary (occasionally a potential tenant can only tour after 5:00 pm)
Must be willing to answer company provided cell phone for after hours emergencies 
General office skills, filing, drafting letters, drafting leases and answering phones
Process tenant work orders
