Leasing Specialist

What we are looking for

We are seeking a diligent, personable, and hungry Leasing Specialist to be the face of our residential and coworking domains at Salt Lake Crossing. This role is pivotal in fostering a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable environment, ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our community members. Your adeptness in managing leasing transactions, engaging with clients, and upholding the superior standards of our brand and community will be the hallmark of our continued success.

What you will do

1. Client Engagement:

- Conduct engaging tours showcasing the premium amenities and unique features of our residential and coworking spaces.

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current tenants to understand their needs and ensure a tailored service experience.

2. Leasing Management:

- Efficiently manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new community members.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and tenant communications.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that highlight our unique value proposition.

- Engage in community outreach to create a strong network and foster a positive public image.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to foster a forward-thinking, customer-centric service approach that continually elevates the customer experience.

4. Property Presentation:

- Ensure the pristine condition of our properties by coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and improvement efforts.

- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and conveying the premium standards of Aurum Property Management in every interaction.

5. Market Analysis:

- Continually analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our leasing strategies are competitive and innovative.

6. Administrative Support:

- Assist in the coordination of on-site events and services that enrich the residential and coworking experience.

- Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a luxury or high-end setting.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs programs

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems (preferrably Yardi).
