This position is for a full-time Assistant Resident Manager I with housing at Osborne Place, an affordable 64-unit disabled/special needs housing community in Pacoima, CA. Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of tax-credit experience and Yardi Voyager experience. Must be able to work independently and must be reliable. Salary range: $17.25 - $29.87 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $17.25 - $24.17 per hour, DOE.
