The Superintendent II will assist more senior Superintendents on the day to day responsibilities of multi-family residential and mixed use construction projects from start to finish. He or she will take responsibility and manage several components of the project. The Superintendent II is generally capable of managing multiple scopes/trades within the project up to $49 million in size.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing construction industry, and knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Construction Management.
