The Role

The Sr. Community Manager will be responsible for the management of an assigned community including financial (revenue and expense) performance, customer satisfaction and retention, and personnel management.

You Have...

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience managing people in a customer service environment, have been responsible for the operations of an individual property of 400+ units and have the desire to be part of a professional team.

• Compensation $84,000.00-$134,500.00 annually

• Total Compensation consists of base compensation plus variable bonus'. New hires generally start between $84,000.00 - $109,300.00 Annually

  Final offers are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills; relevant experience; internal equity; market data; performance where applicable; and other business and company needs.
