On site Resident Manager

The resident manager is responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining value and quality in the community by evaluating and reporting issues on the property. This position will supervise and work together with an on-site maintenance technician to perform daily operations and maintenance of the apartment complex. Located in Bermuda Dunes.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task
Assessing and troubleshooting/ Problem solving
Leasing /Marketing / Resident Retention

Application process

Answering phones

Showing units

Collect & deposit rents.

Serve notices.

Complete move in and move out process including inspections.

Work with maintenance technician Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety Handle after hours emergency calls when necessary 

 IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Previous Apartment Management Experience Strong customer service background and organizational skills

Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multi-task A willingness to take direction and work independently and in a team environment Must have a positive, upbeat attitude 

 REQUIREMENTS: Must live on site Prior apartment management experience a must A work record of good attendance and punctuality.

COMPENSATION:
Includes 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment + $18-20 per hour
