Onsite Property Manager

We are hiring a full-time Onsite Property Manager for our beautiful apartment community in San Leandro, CA.

Duties include:
• Property Management: Responsible for the daily operation and care of the property including
processing rents and administration of reports.
• Leasing: This beautifully upgraded property can sell itself, but if you are personable, yet
professional; have a proven track record of success in achieving leasing goals, you'll have no problem keeping the property full.

• Maintenance: At a minimum, you must be able to assess common maintenance issues and be
able to determine what needs to be done and who to call.
Compensation includes a competitive wage, beautiful apartment and a great company to work
for.
Musts: Enthusiastic, organized, have great phone skills, and have at least 3 years of solid
experience in apartment management. Excellent computer skills are also a must.
NOTE: this is a full time position, and requires 3+ years of onsite
management experience.
