Senior Community Manager Floater - IE

The Sr. Community Manager will be responsible for the management of an assigned multi-family community including financial (revenue and expense) performance, customer satisfaction and retention, and employee management.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years’ experience managing people in a multi-family property management environment, have been responsible for the operations of a multi-site properties of 400+ units and have the desire to be part of a professional team.

  • Maintains a strong relationship and regular interaction with Property Owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
  • Supervises the collection of rent, accruals, payment of expenses, common area maintenance estimates, true-ups, reconciliations, compliance with lease terms, and preparation of all related documentation.
  • Responsible for the compliance of all tenant lease agreements to ensure all obligations of the Landlord and Tenant are being met.
  • Responds to tenant requests and needs and coordinates with the Property Management and Building Staff Teams to solve the issues. Maintains a strong relationship with the tenants.
  • Oversee in the selection and performance of vendor services, including preparation of request for proposals and service agreements. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance and standards established in the service agreement are being met.
  • Supervise scheduling and facilitating maintenance with vendors and tenants.
  • Perform property inspections on a regular basis and make recommendations to maintain and enhance the asset.
  • Supervises the compliance of property safety standards, conduct or oversee Fire and Life Safety training, and maintain the building emergency response plans and procedures, along with its related documentation of compliance.
  • Supervises and manages team members to ensure exceptional performance is being achieved. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for setting and attaining performance goals, as well as responsible for the development, coaching, and counselling of the team members.
  • Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and Company culture.
  • Inspiring the team to effectively execute sales, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals
  • Managing the financial performance of the property in accordance with the established budget
  • Effectively coaching all team members to understand how they contribute to the big picture
  • Creating and delivering timely and accurate financial and operational performance reports to clients and ownership groups that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, loyal relationships with all constituents—owners, residents, employees and vendors
  • Being an expert on the competitive marketplace and effectively coaching the team to proficiency in differentiating the community and Bozzuto from competition
  • Partnering with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies that position the community as a destination for people seeking engaged and enriched living experiences
  • Creating an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction and yields outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and community reviews
  • Inspiring the professional growth and development of all team members by encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Supporting participation in training and educational opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
