Assistant Community Manager
We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Community Manager within our apartment community in Redlands.
Responsibilities include maximizing the long term performance of the property. Providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents. Maintaining accuracy of resident records to include the following: residential move-ins, deposits, rent increases, rent collections, late payments, evictions, and residential move-outs. Reviewing and properly submitting invoices for contracted services performed on property. Completing daily transactions and tasks within a timely matter. Ability to oversee general operations of a residential property, acting as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager.
Qualifications Two years' experience as an Assistant Community Manager of 150+ units. Experience in leasing and apartment accounting/bookkeeping Effective problem solving, verbal and written communication skills. Must possess time management skills and be detail oriented Ability to work independently Experience in Yardi, Word and Excel.
Normal work schedule will include weekends.
