Roving Maintenance Technician

Milestone Property Management has positions available for Roving Maintenance Technician.

Full-time/hourly positions with GREAT benefits, including mileage reimbursement; group medical; dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays and paid personal and sick time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
*2 years experience in apartment/facilities maintenance in a related field
*Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and other generally accepted maintenance equipment
*Able to follow instructions accurately and problem solve effectively
*Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team with people of diverse personalities, cultures and communication styles
*Excellent customer service skills
*Must have own vehicle, current drivers license, registration and proof of insurance
*Must have own tools
*High School Diploma or equivalent
