Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant Needed for our Davis Location. Applicant must be able to work some weekends. Some Leasing or Sales experience needed. Part-time position but may become full time for right candidate. Job Duties: Greeting and qualifying potential residents according to California Fair Housing Standards. Take potential residents on tour of community and vacant apartments. Must have customer service and sales skills. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize their duties. Must be able to read, write, to understand Rental Agreements and communicate agreements to new and existing residents. Filing required on a daily and weekly basis. Data entry skills are required and knowledge of basic computer programs is required. Must be able to answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner Other duties include cleaning model, straightening office, communicating with existing residents, enforcing community policies and any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be able to work regular schedule. Schedules subject to change based on the business needs. Professional Dress required Must successfully pass background check and drug screening to be hired.
