United Development Group, Inc. is looking to hire a top performing Community Manager of 80+ units for a Conventional Community. You will be expected and encouraged to have a spectacular closing ratio while building relationships with potential and current residents. As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team to ensure community is maintained to standards compatible with company’s policies and procedures, compliance with fair housing and all applicable laws, and maximizing occupancy and NOI.
The qualified candidate must be committed to providing above average results on a daily basis and will possess the following:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Entrata software experience a plus
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process error-free work product
- Be a great team player
- A positive and enthusiastic personality with a "Can-Do" attitude;
2+ years of related multi-family property management experience (75 units or more);
Ability to develop and implement successful short and long-range marketing plans.
Develop innovative and cost-effective advertising strategies, resident referral programs and other initiatives that generate qualified traffic.
Develop effective off-site marketing networks and strategies.
Follow-up with all prospective residents.
Follow-up with all leads to lease.
Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our property to prospective residents.
Evaluate the needs of our customers while communicating the corresponding benefits.
Lease using effective selling techniques to close each sale by obtaining the required deposit(s)
Follow policies and procedures regarding the quality acceptance of applicants.
