Maintenance Supervisor (21-00345)

FPI Management is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will assist with and oversee the maintenance needs at a group of assigned FPIM managed sites, with the overall objective of meeting the expectations of each Client, based on the respective operating budget and management agreement.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in a multi-site Maintenance Supervisor role. Is a dynamic leader with supervisory experience, possessing the ability to positively influence, mentor and lead a large dispersed team. Has excellent people skills, is highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude and has a desire to provide quality customer service. Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and internet browsing. Property Management software (i.e.: Yardi) a plus! Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to all communities within their assigned territory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. Industry certification or designation (CAMT, NAHMS, NAHMT), preferred. English language proficiency (read, speak and write). Valid Driver's License and insured, operable vehicle (proof of insurance required). Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results)
