Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Front Desk Manager will be responsible for maintaining company service standards, responding to resident requests and working with residents to minimize and resolve problems and complaints.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency (GED), bachelor's degree preferred, and 1-3 years of multi-family leasing experience or related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
