We are currently seeking to fill our Porter/Maintenance technician for our apartment community in Sacramento, CA. Our team is energetic and upbeat and has a CAN DO attitude that is contagious, therefore we are looking for a superstar Maintenance technician with advanced experience in grounds keeping, cleaning, painting, etc.

As the successful Member of the Community Care Team you will be responsible for preserving the asset and providing a quality customer experience which includes: property appearance, assisting in service requests and turning units in a timely manner.

• Do you have at least 2 years experience in a property maintenance role?
• Do you have an 'eye for excellence' and are detail-oriented?
• Do you have strong organizational skills?
• Are you able to solve problems?
• Are you able to interact with people in a positive matter?
• Are you able to work weekends or longer hours when needed?
