As a Systems Workflow Specialist  you are responsible for assisting the manager of VP of IS/IT with coordinating training, projects, and vendors. Promote knowledge of and adherence to the Company's Mission Statement, policies, and procedures.

  • Update SharePoint Wiki as it relates to Information Technology and Business Systems. Creation of new Wiki pages.
  • Maintain up to date IS/IT training database.
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials for the IS/IT department.
  • Maintain enhancement and issues log for each business system. (i.e. Yardi, Rent Payment, Payables Nexus, Yieldstar).
  • Evaluate basic Amenity Based Pricing requests. Fulfill pricing adjustment requests as needed.
  • Act as a backup for the setup, delete and maintain user accounts in Yardi, Yieldstar, RentPayment and OneSite.
  • Assist with project coordination with outside vendors.
  • Perform weekly market rent updates
  • Coordination of departmental special projects (i.e. Rent Cafe, Aptexx)
  • Track and complete IS related trouble tickets in the trouble ticket system.
  • Assist the Systems Analyst and VP of IS/IT with special projects
  • Complete Yardi month end close process
  • Maintain Security/access profiles within the Yardi Voyager system

  • Basic Accounting background
  • College, technical or other pertinent post-secondary education.
  • Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet. 
  • College, technical or other pertinent post-secondary education.
  • Aptitude to learn additional technical skills efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge of office systems and equipment.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager 7s, MS Office 2019, MS SharePoint 2019, NexusPayables, Aptexx, Yardi Rent Cafe, basic accounting background.
  • Property Management experience is a plus.
