Property Manager

We are now seeking to add a full-time employee to join our growing team of property managers! The property manager must be in the Corona area and able to manage multiple properties. Previous management experience is preferred. Salary is negotiable and will take into account previous experience.

 Job Duties:

-Interact with residents with superb customer service and professionalism 

 -Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for the completion of turnovers and renovations 

 -Perform daily property walks and respond promptly to any questions or requests from residents 

 -Confer with the maintenance lead each day regarding maintenance operations of the property 

 -Attend monthly team meetings and periodic training as it relates to job functions 

 -Respond quickly to emergency situations during business hours 

 -Perform duties in compliance with all current codes and regulations 

 -Use a high level of organization to stay up to date with rental inquiries, rental payments, and survey responses 

 -Comply with company policies, procedures and standards 

 Minimum Qualifications: 

-High school diploma or equivalent 

 -Previous property management experience is preferred 

-Proven mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, decision making, attention to detail, and communication skills

-Above and beyond customer service skills, basic computer skills, and high level organization

This is a full-time position. Work hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. We offer competitive hourly rates with health/dental/vision insurance, a 401K savings package, paid holidays and vacation days. Starting compensation dependent on experience.
