Maintenance Technician (20-02015)

FPI Management is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, construction, or painting. Has basic computer skills (email and internet). Is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail, and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work and is passionate about providing exemplary customer service!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration are: a High School diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency (read, speak and write), and the ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results).
