POA Engineer

Your role with the company:

Related is seeking an experienced Engineer to work on the largest private real estate development in United States' history, Hudson Yards. The Engineer will report to the senior licensed Engineers on site, in addition to the Chief Engineer. This person will assist in the operation of the site while handling any maintenance or repair requests. They will be responsible for special projects as assigned.

• Working knowledge of BMS systems

• Relevant certifications a plus!

Must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and crawl into confined spaces
• Endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling and prolonged standing
• Use hands to grip power and hand tools
