We are looking for a Leasing Professional to support a 332-unit community in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Our Office staff is responsible for:
- Maintaining high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing
- Preparing lease documents and related paperwork
- Creating and maintaining vendor and resident relations
We look for individuals who are:
- Clear communicators
- Team players
- Able to learn new skills
- 2-3 years of strong leasing experience at a 300+ unit property
- Lease up experience a plus!
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
- Must pass a background check and drug test
