Property Manager for New Lease-Up in Sco

Kaplan Management is looking for a accomplished and energetic, Class A Lease-up manager for our new community located in Scottsdale Arizona. 

This person will be responsible for creating an exceptional living experience for all residents, while creating a positive productive and creative environment for the team. 

Essential Qualifications:

*3+ Years of residential community management experience required.   Class A, new lease-up experience preferred 

 *Must be an excellent communicator and have exceptional customer service skills

*Experience leading, training (developing) and managing teams

*Experience in Onesite, Lead2Lease. and/or other industry related software preferred
