The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for responding to resident maintenance requests and work with residents to minimize and resolve maintenance problems and complaints.

Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years experience in apartment maintenance or related field, outstanding customer service skills and extreme attention to detail.
