Maintenance Tech

Maintenance duties at a large multi-family apartment community in Napa, including light carpentry, painting, unit turns, appliance replacement, exterior building maintenance and general trouble shooting. 

Package includes hourly wage, medical/dental, vacation, and potential for periodic bonuses. Must have valid driver's license and be bondable. Must be physically fit to perform all duties routinely with no limitations as to weight lifted, bending, working confined spaces or on elevated surfaces.
