Property Manager

Property Manager - Responsible for all phases of day to day operations of three residential multifamily properties.  This includes by not limited to, general administration of the property, leasing of the apartment units, apartment turn over scheduling, physical maintenantance of the property, data entry on AppFolio property management program.  Tenant relations is a large part of the job.  Must have excellent communication skills and follow up.  Section 8 voucher experience preferred.   Job will require some weekends, depending on vacancies.  Must be organized, very detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.  Compensation varies depending on experience - minimum 3 years as a property manager.
