Multi-site Leasing Consultant

Are you tired of the REIT or corporate Rat Race?  Do you want to work for a great, 30-year-old third-party management company where your contributions will be recognized and appreciated? We are hiring a full-time leasing consultant for five apartment communities in Gilroy with a total of 194 units. 

These properties can sell themselves, but if you are personable, yet professional; have the gift of gab, yet know when to be quiet and listen; and have a proven track record of success in achieving leasing goals, you'll have no problem keeping the properties full.

Musts: Enthusiastic, organized, have great phone skills, and have at least 3 years of solid experience in apartment  leasing. Excellent computer skills are also required; Yardi Voyager experience is helpful, but we will train the right individual on Yardi!

Note: This is a full-time position, but it is not an on-site position. You will need your own housing and vehicle.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Must pass criminal background, credit and prior employer reference checks<br>
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Compensation: $23-$25 per hour plus bonus for new and renewal leases;  Health insurance after 60 days
