We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team at a 288-unit community in Jacksonville, FL.  The Groundskeeper is responsible for helping to maintain the cleanliness of the community; this includes picking up grounds, pressure washing, light painting and other responsibilities deemed necessary by the Community Manager and Maintenance Director.
