Who we are looking for:
We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our 160 Unit Apartment Community in Davis, Ca. An ideal candidate will be a confident leader who is committed to managing daily operations for the properties. They are accountable for the financial performance, resident satisfaction and retention. This individual is an effective communicator and will maintain a healthy work environment by focusing on empowering their team. Experience in Affordable Housing/HUD is required.

What we’re looking for:
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Property Manager
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Must have prior experience in successfully supervising a staff of 5-7 employees.
*Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations and Affordable Housing programs.
*Computer knowledge: MS Office, Yardi, Yieldstar and Rent Cafe.
*This position requires excellent organizational and managerial skills.
*Possess a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate (both written and verbal) and strong work ethics.
