Maintenance Supervisor

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor I at Stonehaven, a student housing complex in Riverside, CA.  Qualified candidates will understand all aspects of maintenance and have previous supervisory experience.  Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines with fast turnaround time on a large scale for a student housing community. Must be able to complete summer turnovers within 1-3 days. Must be able to manage vendor relationships, regular staff and temporary employees. Maintenance experience in property management is a plus. Position pays between $22.50/hr to $28.56/hr
