We are an energetic property management firm that specializes in affordable multifamily housing that is seeking 2 Full-time District manager for Northern California to join our team. Ideally our new team members will be located in or around Redding and Sacramento area. Our company is fast paced, growing and innovative using modern technology to its fullest. Qualified candidates will be given the opportunity to join a positive environment where teamwork and respect are promoted. The ideal candidates must be professional, dependable, self-starter, detail and analytic oriented, positive attitude, and have advanced verbal and written communication skills, with at least 5 years Affordable Housing experience in USDA-RD, HUD, HCD and Tax Credit. Pay DOE.
