$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*offered for all new associates hired into full-time Maintenance Technician (II) positions in any San Francisco Communities.

*Candidate must start work between February 11, 2020 and March 31, 2020. Bonus must be paid back in full if candidate leaves the organization within the first 12 months of employment.
