Manager - Technical Accounting

This role is primarily focused on supporting the global controllership team with complex accounting and reporting issues and will require a working knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS. The responsibilities will include IFRS-to-US GAAP conversion assessments, implementation of new accounting standards and policies and support with complex accounting transactions/issues (e.g., business combinations, financing transactions, revenue recognition, leases, contingencies, equity-based compensation and other).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in audit or accounting advisory practice and must be a CPA in good standing
- Strong accounting research and analysis skills and working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced quickly-evolving environment
- Ability to travel (approx. 20% of the time)
