Senior Director Insights and Brand

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads the development and implementation of a consistent process to generating consumer insights and creating brand strategy and identities for specific assets and portfolios
- Partners with the regional and country leaders and execution teams to deliver relevant consumer insights and brand strategy consultation
- Identifies, tests, and implements best practices in consumer research and brand strategy
- Participates in the annual business planning processes, including tracking and evaluating the required resources to execute on consumer insights and brand initiatives
- Regularly partners with, presents to and reports to leadership and stakeholders on strategies, plans, insights and findings
- Partners with regional and in-country Sales, Marketing, Investment, Development, and Operations Teams to identify the target audience and create the brand and marketing strategy that aligns with long-term brand strategy
- Creates collaboration forums across the breadth of stakeholder teams to ensure relevant insights and trends are collected, evaluated and shared
- Builds a high-performance team through fostering a culture and attitude of innovation, continuous improvement, forward thinking, and development of talent
- Represents the Company's interests to all third party and strategic partners
- Supports wider global branding and insight activities including providing guidance to APAC and LATAM regions to develop brand and marketing strategy based on best practices from US markets of similar scale
