Maintenance Technician

Aperto Property Management, Inc. is a growing Multifamily Property Management Company. We are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the area of Los Angeles, CA.  

Responsibilities:

In this role, you are responsible for all maintenance activities for the property, which includes coordinating with other maintenance and third-party contractors. A qualified candidate will be experienced in all levels of apartment maintenance, with a well-rounded background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance maintenance.  

Qualifications 

2+ year's general maintenance experience

Knowledge of the apartment industry and skills required for HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical duties, and fire alarm panels

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Availability to participate in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies after-hours as needed

Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
