Portfolio Analyst/Office Mgr (20-00282)

FPI Management is currently looking for a Portfolio Analyst/Office Manager to join our team in Costa Mesa, California!

The Portfolio Analyst (PA) is responsible for assisting the Portfolio Manager (PM) with managing a group of assigned assets and aiding the PM in enforcing all Company policies, procedures and internal operations, and to perform the PM duties under their direction and/or in their absence.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in a similar multi-site Property Manager role and experience supervising employees. Is a dynamic leader with supervisory experience, possessing the ability to positively influence, mentor and lead a large dispersed team. Must have knowledge of various compliance regulations. Has competent financial and analytical skills, and excellent reporting ability. Is technologically savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and property management software (i.e.: Yardi). Has excellent people skills, is highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude and has a desire to provide quality customer service. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: High School diploma or equivalent, 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of property management. Certification or designation from an accredited organization (ARM, CAM, CAPS, COS, CPM, MPM, RMP), preferred. English language proficiency (read, speak and write). Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results).
