Summer Development Intern

We currently own and operate approximately 80,000 apartment homes in the US and employ approximately 3,000 associates.We are currently looking for the right summer intern to join our Development Team.

We are currently searching for a summer intern in our San Francisco, CA regional office. This position will be responsible for managing several phases of the development of multifamily rental communities. This includes market analyses, financial analyses and budgeting, design conceptualization, management of the entitlement process including presentation before municipal and other regulatory boards, and participation in the construction/lease up process.

Qualified candidates must be enrolled in an MBA or MSRED program and possess 2-4 years work experience. Knowledge of the Bay Area is a plus.
