Be responsible for overall community performance. Duties include staffing, resident relations, budget compliance, and generally maintaining and enhancing the value of the community. Previous experience managing an apartment community is preferred. Strong leadership, customer service and leasing skills a must.
Assists the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the community. Prepare and maintain resident files, prepare community reports, assist in leasing apartments and providing service to current residents. 1-3 years previous experience in apartment property management is necessary.
Assists the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager with general operations of the community. Responsible for leasing apartments, including showing models and common areas, explaining the benefits of the community, handling lease paperwork, and coordinating the "move-in." Provide ongoing assistance to residents after move-in.
No experience is required, just a great attitude!
Maintenance staff is responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members. Previous experience with maintenance at a multi-family community is preferred.
• Some positions must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
