We are looking for a Leasing Professional to be split between three communities in the Sherman Oaks, CA area.

Our Office staff is responsible for:  

• Maintaining high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing
• Preparing lease documents and related paperwork
• Creating and maintaining vendor and resident relations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
• Must pass a background check and drug test
