There is an immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at The Concord. This property consists of a 149 unit, affordable senior housing apartment complex located in Pasadena, CA.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas on all floors throughout the day, including:  laundry room, trash area, courtyards, parking structure, offices and community rooms. 
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical, painting, drywall, painting and carpentry required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred. 
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) helpful.
