About the position:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Recruiting Team by coordinating a variety of confidential and time sensitive tasks to ensure the most efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing a stellar candidate experience, detail obsessed, and highly organized.

You will work collaboratively with recruiters and employees at all levels of the organization to support candidates throughout the recruiting cycle. Your role will play a large part in ensuring a positive candidate experience and help evangelize the Essex brand throughout the process. 

Key responsibilities:
Provide a high level of support to the Recruiting Team as well as the overall HR team to create a top-notch interview experience
Coordinate, schedule and adjust interviews between candidates and interview teams on behalf of the recruiters.
Coordinate candidate correspondence and serve as point of contact for candidates as they go through the recruitment cycle.
Become a subject matter expert in iCIMS, our ATS system
Status reporting, metrics and frequent updates to the team as requested.
Be friendly, engaging, and focused on giving each applicant the best-interviewing experience
Coordinate registration for events, invitations to event attendees, and on-campus materials for interviewers.
Keep corporate career website up to date and post job opportunities to various job boards.
Manage the pre-employment process (background check, drug screen, education verification etc.)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1 year as experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity.
Extreme attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High regard for confidentiality.
Experience self-directing, problem solving, and focus on multiple details simultaneously.
