Front Lobby Assistant

Menomonee Falls, WI

Continental Properties is looking for a detail-orientated and customer-focused individual to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Front Lobby Assistant at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling incoming calls, guests, and overall responsibility of the lobby and front desk. Additionally, this role performs critical administrative activities for various team members.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be the “face” of Continental and own all front lobby area duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, opening/closing lobby, receive/sort/deliver mail and additional duties as assigned
  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of office supplies, printer toner, beverages, and other miscellaneous items
  • Sort and distribute mail/deliveries to appropriate parties
  • Coordinate travel and prepare monthly expense reports for our Investor Relations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT departments
  • Assist with maintaining content on One Place
  • Other miscellaneous tasks to assist the Executive Team

 

Skills Critical to Success:

  • 1-2 years of office/administrative experience required
  • Higher level education preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to maintain professional composure
  • A high energy level with a drive for results
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various interruptions
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
