Responsibilities

The Company is looking for an Investor Relations Associate. This person will be an integral member of the Investor Relations team of a Fortune 500 Company, assisting with communications and planning activities relating to institutional shareholders.  Specific responsibilities will include :
-Preparing the Company’s investor presentations which requires a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a demonstrated interest in finance, marketing, or real estate
-Ability to maintain and analyze data sets and communicate findings succinctly
-Build and maintain relationships with sophisticated investors
-Assist with quarterly earnings conference calls and related materials
-Assist with investor-related logistics as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Real Estate, Investor Relations, Marketing or Finance
