Onsite Mangager - Multiple Positions

Are you a team or strong leasing individual looking for a new property to manage? Are you tired of the REIT or corporate Rat Race? We are hiring a full-time onsite property manager or team for a few of our beautiful mid-size (40-80 unit) apartment communities in the Bay Area (South Bay, Peninsula and East Bay)
Duties include:
• Property Management: Responsible for the daily operation and care of the property including processing rents and administration of reports.
• Leasing: This beautiful property can sell itself, but if you are personable, yet professional; have the gift of gab, yet know when to be quiet and listen; and have a proven track record of success in achieving leasing goals, you'll have no problem keeping the property full.
• Maintenance: Responsible for any after-hours maintenance issues, turning apartments, painting, minor maintenance including light electrical and plumbing. Must have own tools.
Compensation includes a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), benefits, beautiful apartment and a great company to work for, where your contributions will be recognized and appreciated.
Musts: Enthusiastic, organized, have great phone skills, and have at least 3 years of solid experience in apartment management and handyman/maintenance. Excellent computer skills are also a must; Yardi Voyager experience helpful. We will train the right team/individual on Yardi!
Note: this is a full-time position. If applying as a team, one or both of you can work outside of home part-time, but you will need to be onsite with dedicated hours to your property management responsibilities most days - and evenings.
