Property Manager - Sign on Bonus

Position is for a full-time Property Manager to work in a Family Affordable housing community in San Jose, CA. Property Manager does not live on-site. MUST HAVE TCAC experience. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of Affordable Housing Property Management experience and knowledge of ADA and Fair Housing.
The Property Manager is directly responsible for managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness. The Property Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property, including, but not limited to:
-Collects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits
-Complies with TCAC or other regulatory agreements
-Maintains waitlist
-Completes turn overs in a timely manner
-Adheres to property budget; and assist in the implementation of.
-Weekly, quarterly and annual reports
-Process evictions
-Conducts annual inspections; and other inspections scheduled with Owner, Lenders, etc...
-Coordinates repairs; schedules and coordinates capital improvements
-Supervises staff and vendors; and responsible for implementation of annual maintenance plan
Qualifications:
-2+ years Affordable Housing Property Management Experience
-Knowledge of TCAC guidelines
-Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
-Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
