Mgr Affordable Housing

Responsible for evaluating and ensuring the Company’s strict compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by the Affordable Housing Program (AHP) and other regulatory agencies.
Education
College degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience in Affordable Housing. Industry certifications (e.g., C3P, HCCP, etc.) preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions about the property’s operation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Strong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site).
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percents in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities and detail orientation in order to produce and manage accurate and complete files, documents, and reports.
