What You'll Need to Bring to the Table:

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds, common areas.

• Light maintenance duties (changing light bulbs, stocking supplies, inventory management of supplies)

• Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently

• Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.

• Strong time management skills.

• Solid communication skills (written and oral).

• Familiar with basic tools and chemicals used for cleaning.

• Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.

• Must love cleaning and have a good eye for detail. 

Prior Cleaning experience in a hotel or apartment setting is preferred.   Must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to climb stairs on the property.

• Must be able to walk the property

•  • Requires some bending and kneeling

• Requires lifting up to 25 pounds.
